Nicole Wood lands in Uganda

Nicole Wood has travelled to Uganda to visit our Love Project - 39 children in a home in Kampala. She will be trekking Kilimanjaro whilst she's there to raise money for the kids. These are her first words after hitting the ground....

Arrived safe! Oh my goodness ~ Entebbe Airport was filled with 39 little eyes, big hearts and a song for "Aunty Nicole". "Thankyou Aunty for loving us".Florence and Frank and all the helpers were there, it was so so special - words just don't do it justice. We then pilled into the bus to take a wild trip (!) Kampala style to the Wildlife Educational facility - Zebras, Girrafe's you name it, Lions and these wild monkey's who chased little Gift and she got scared!. Laughter, ice cream, swings, & tired little legs and we are done. The trip back to town was as quiet as a mouse. No little monkey's singing songs this afternoon - all were completely in their own little world of bliss after a magical day. Every single one of them. :-) A special mention to my chief photographer Steven. I will post his work tomorrow after a swim in the pool and maybe even a sneaky G&T. It is Africa for peats sake.
