Arriving at Forget Me Not Childrens Home raises emotions that are difficult to describe. The excitement and joy expressed on 21 smiling little faces is hard to beat, and it is such a privilege to be able to visit such a happy home.
Yesterday sisters Goma and Sarita took the time to show Helen and I around their beautiful home. Holding our hands tightly they were so proud to show off the place everyone has worked so hard to create.
Rabina loves to do my hair and if I'm honest I could sit for hours while she creates new and exciting 'hair dos'. Everyday I walk away with a new look.
The girls love the cameras, being both in front of the lens and behind it, and when I get back to the guesthouse at night I love looking at the MANY photos they have taken.
I can't wait for our excursion tomorrow to Bhaktapur and I look forward to spending more and more time with these inspiring little people.
